Evissimax is an Italo-Nigerian DJ and rapper based in Milan whose sets feel less like playlists and more like autobiographical rollercoasters. Drawing from her roots and personal evolution, she blends ghetto tech, rap, and afrobeat with techno, rave, hard groove, Jersey club, and beyond. Refusing to be boxed in by genre, every mix she delivers is a snapshot of a different chapter of her life: unpredictable, emotionally charged, and unapologetically her. No two sets are ever the same, and this fluid, genre-defying approach mirrors her own mixed heritage, giving her performances a raw and unmistakable edge.

Her mixes have been featured on stations like NTS, Rinse FM, Mixmag, and Trippin World, while her voice and vision have been spotlighted in interviews with i-D Italy, Mixmag, Glamcult, Metal Magazine, Sabukaru, and others.On the music side, Evissimax first turned heads with her songwriting on the REBOOT-Y project, her remix of « Lovefoxy’s Freakfest » (via Nervous Records) and a remix of « Run From Me » for Luca Eck. Now, with her new Ep “Press-X”, published on Funclab Records and Island Records, she pushes her lyricism even further. With razor-sharp, unfiltered bars, she reclaims her sexuality and delivers an anthem of hard-earned confidence and self-reinvention. It’s empowerment with scars, bite, and shine. Her DJ career has taken her across Europe and beyond, with stops in Finland, Germany, Iceland, the UK, Spain, and most recently, her debut tour through Asia. She’s appeared at renowned venues and festivals such as FOLD x Area69, Razzmatazz, NTS x Diesel, ROBOT Festival, Polifonic, and Dancity Festival. Along the way, she’s shared stages with artists like Björk, Yung Lean, VTSS, Partiboi69, Slim Soledad, Toccororo, DJ Travella, DJ Gigola, Coucou Chloe, LSDXOXO, Jensen Interceptor, Upsammy, and Isabella Lovestory, to name just a few.

Côté musique, Evissimax s’est d’abord fait remarquer grâce à son travail d’écriture sur le projet REBOOT-Y, son remix de “Freakfest” de Lovefoxy (via Nervous Records) et un remix de “Run From Me” pour Luca Eck. Aujourd’hui, avec son nouvel EP Press-X, publié chez Funclab Records et Island Records, elle pousse encore plus loin son écriture. Avec des lyrics acérées et sans filtre, elle réaffirme sa sexualité et livre un hymne de confiance et de réinvention durement acquise. C’est un empowerment avec des cicatrices, du mordant et de l’éclat. Sa carrière de DJ l’a menée à travers l’Europe et au-delà, avec des dates en Finlande, en Allemagne, en Islande, au Royaume-Uni, en Espagne, et plus récemment, une tournée inaugurale en Asie.
