Few artists on the French electronic scene can boast a trajectory as rich and versatile as that of Paul Seul.
After a decade honing his skills as a rap beatmaker, followed by another as a founding member of Casual Gabberz—a pioneering collective that redefined the boundaries between “hard music” and techno—Paul has, since 2018, made a remarkable foray into pop with ascendant vierge, the duo he formed with singer Mathilde Fernandez.
His solo debut EP ESS, released on Casual Gabberz Records in 2017, features the standout track “Gardez vos distances”, a compelling blend of euphoria and melancholy that has become his signature.
Since then, Paul has opened doors to some of Europe’s most prestigious clubs (Griessmuehle, Berghain, Blitz, Corsica Studios…) and secured his place in the lineups of major events and festivals (Teletech, TranceParty, WeCanDance, BlackWorks, Dream Nation, Live From Earth, Darude/2much…).
In 2021, he released his second EP Amoureuse on Never Sleep Records, the label of Italian DJ/producer Gabber Eleganza.
Now an essential figure in the scene, Paul has delivered a series of acclaimed remixes (Éloi, Jadu Heart, Von Bikräv…), some of which have achieved cult status—such as his remix of “Dachlatte” by Nand (2023), a viral TikTok hit in Germany, Poland, and Ukraine, amassing over 15 million streams.
Since 2024, Paul has also taken on the role of curator and resident at two club nights: Rondjes in Paris (La Station, Trabendo) and MEETCORE in Cervia, Italy.
Staying true to his DIY ethos and embracing his hyperactive approach, Paul continues in 2025 to push forward with ascendant vierge, both on stage and in the studio, while refining his DJ sets and strengthening his ties with the European and international scene.

parcours aussi riche et versatile que celui de Paul Seul.
Après une décennie à affûter ses talents de beatmaker dans le rap, puis une autre au sein de Casual Gabberz – collectif pionnier ayant redéfini les frontières entre “hard music” et “techno” –, Paul opère depuis 2018 une percée remarquable dans la pop avec ascendant vierge, groupe qu’il forme aux côtés de la chanteuse Mathilde Fernandez.
En solo, il sort “ESS” sur Casual Gabberz Records en 2017 dont le remarqué « Gardez vos distances » extrait de ce premier EP reflète un mélange singulier d’euphorie et de mélancolie qui lui est propre.
Paul a depuis poussé la porte de prestigieux clubs européens (Griessmühle, Berghain, Blitz, Corsica Studios…) et s’est imposé dans la programmation de soirées et festivals majeurs (Teletech, TranceParty, WeCanDance, BlackWorks, Dream Nation, Live From Earth, Darude/2much…)
En 2021, il sort son deuxième EP « Amoureuse » sur le label de l’italien Gabber Eleganza : Never Sleep Records.
Figure désormais incontournable, Paul enchaîne les remixes à succès ( Éloi, Jadu Heart, Von Bikräv…), certains devenus cultes, comme “Dachlatte” de Nand (2023), phénomène tiktok en Allemagne/Pologne/Ukraine dépassant les 15 millions d’écoutes.
Depuis 2024, Paul est également curateur et résident de 2 soirées, Rondjes à Paris (La Station, Trabendo) et MEETCORE à Cervia, en Italie.
Fidèle à une éthique d’indépendance et à une hyperactivité assumée, Paul continue en 2025 son travail avec ascendant vierge tant sur scène qu’en studio, distille ses dj sets et renforce ses liens avec la scène européenne et internationale.
